writing a letter to the media
Question Description
I am a customers service manager for a restaurant and have to write a letter to the media to communicate my restaurants position and restore the public's confidence in my restaurant. The restaurant recently had some ingrdient tat was mishandled by our suppliers. We have had several of our customers become ill. How do I restore tthe public's confidence back into my restaurant?
