The company can  increase its online presence through, advertising on the internet using platforms like adsense, promotional events on the website, email marketing, SEO optimization and through social media connections, like facebook, twitter, google plus etc.

Analysis of their website. What was favorable about their website? What are some of their website attributes that customers may find unappealing?

The favorable thing of the website is the design. The elements are arranged well and are up to standard in regard to Accessibility standards.

A customer may not find the Color choice to be appealing, since they tend to use colors which are somehow bright. They can use a darker version of the same colors to ensure that those with eye problems do not strain.

They also use pop up windows which work fine on desktops but may be a problems on some tabs and phones.
