A 3 year old girl is brought to the clinic because she was feeling weak. Her parents noticed that she is tiring easily after playing even for a short while. On examining the child, her skin appears to be yellow. Her blood is drawn and her blood smear is examined under the microscope. The Erythrocytes/ RBC appear round without central pallor.This child is most likely suffering from
