Question description

All cultures around the world display ethnocentricity to some degree – some are more ethnocentric than others.  In what ways is American society ethnocentric? In your essay consider the notions of “social Darwinism” and the modern fact of globalization (see Haviland).  Do you think that ethnocentrism is more of a problem in today’s world than in the past? Explain.
