Organisms have a circadian cycle that lasts 24 hours, but a team of researchers suspectsthat the true cycle length might be lower than 24 hours if external cues are not availableto define the time of day. They keep 22 mice in a dark environment to eliminate sunlight cues,and they measure the length of the circadian cycle in each mouse. The average cycle length forthese mice was 23.96 hours with a standard deviation of 0.24. They used an alpha of 0.01.what is the correct null hypothesis for this study
