Managing patient access has become both expensive and problematic. Discuss how a physician would manage patient access to care and contrast this with how an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) manages patient access to care. Discuss the pros and cons of each. Clearly outline the type of restrictions and limits of the new ACO paradigm.
