Description
My Shih-poo puppy has a inguinal hernia.. its the kind that can be pushed back into place and eventually comes back. Its about the size of a nickel, was wondering if anyone has had this problem and what was the cost to have it repaired. Last resort having it fixed while spaying her in which I dont really want to have her spayed but will if its the absolute best option? I live in NC. Thank you!
Explanation & Answer
If she has an inguinal hernia, then one of her uterus horn might find its way down into the hernia as the pregnancy develops, which might become life threatening especially if also some parts of the intestines have found its way down into the hernia. “
you better ask your vet regarding this matter and also check out this websites it will help you a lot on how to take care of your puppy.
