Undercover Boss enables us to understand the essential functionality of different
ventures. This reality show mainly involves senior officers of a firm. This show helps different
individuals understand how the company operates and functions and hence know the firm better.
It also helps the company identify key issues that can threaten their venture and develop the best
approach to deal with the issues (Bondarouk & Olivas-Lujan, 2013).
Comparing two job positions.
