A manufacturing warehouse company that supplies construction material as its products to
more than 290 companies is experiencing difficulty in achieving services required by both its
workers and clients. For any successful firm in the current world in which there is a stiff
competition where every company wants to excel over the other in its products and services it
offers, there must be a sound strategy a company uses. Within the strategy, a firm must meet the
needs of its clients and workers and of course an efficient management in ensuring customer
requirements are met.
One of the key sections of any firm that enforce effective management is the human
resources Department. The department of the company has various professions that include the
following:


Director



Assistant Director



Specialists (recruitment, benefits, and compensation)



Secretary



Labor affairs officer



ADA acquiescence officer



Analysists/recruiters



Receptionists
The problem the company is having emanates from the inefficiency of services from some

of the areas listed above including the recruiters, compensation and benefits specialists. Since the

to meet the change accordingly. This calls for the hiring of new workers. The challenge that arises
in the recruitment of new staff is that the recruiters delay in employing new staff due to the
deficiency in the quality of system used because of manual procedures and system present. Apart
from the delays in hiring new staff, there is total confusion that occurs since some applicants are
offered jobs they did not apply for. Similarly, the benefits officer also experiences a challenge of
