Clinical Case Formulation:
Varieties of Approaches edited by Peter Sturmey.
Once you have located the book, read Chapter 6, pp. 85-92.The
title of this chapter is “Zeppi: A Case of Psychosis” and was written by Anthony
Dimech, David Kingdon, and Maged Swelam.
As you learned in Chapter 7, behavior leads to the label of
mental illness when it violates cognitive norms, performance norms, and feeling
norms. Identify the existence of each of these norms within the case study, and
discuss what causes it to be distinguished as such.
Your response should be at least 300 words in length. All
sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted
material must have accompanying citations. Any references or citations used
should be in APA style.
