Management communication is the most important tool in an organization, this is because
it ensures that the goals of an organization are achieved efficiently and effectively. This because
it creates a working culture for the whole organization which spears it to achieve its objectives
with better coordination of manpower and the available resources. Effective communication not
only increases the productivity of the organization, it also improves the relationship between the
involved stakeholders thus creating a favorable atmosphere for the success of the business in
conjunction with the society and business environment. For the success of any business, it should
have a vision, mission, values to adhere to, honesty, recognition of all the employees, and the
best communication system for the top management up to the junior workers.

The organization should create a communication norm for the whole organization which
will always guide the organization to achieve its objectives. For the achievement of any business,
communication is important as it ensures a smooth running of the business thus every business
has to maintain it to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market. While there is a
lot of communication norms used in many organizations, many have not adapted to this news

remains competitive in the market and at the same time ensuring the growth of the employees.
These norms depend on the right usage of communication methods which may include verbal,
non-verbal and written communication. The written communication methods include the use of
letters and memos to run the organization, this ensures that there is a great way of passing
information from the management to the workers in an effective manner. The use of verbal
communication norms ensures the employees are well motivated and communicated to by the
management (Walsh, 2012). Through this process, employees have the chance to get job
delegated to them thus ensuring that they growth both financially and through experience. The
non-verbal communication involves gesture, facial expression and the tone of voice used. The
organization should create a norm which should provide the right ethical behavior in the
