History Question

Question description

Another historian claims, "A salient feature of our Revolution was that its animating purpose was deeply conservative. The colonials revolted against British rule in order to keep things the way they were, not to initiate a new era." Do you agree? Use as many facts in your answer as possible.

This is meant to be answered in a 5 paragraph essay. My opinion on this is that the colonists didn't want to keep things the way they were (tea party). So how do i break that up into my three supporting paragraphs or how should i go about organizing my paper?
