Question description

1. Construct a measurement model in AMOS that exemplifies these relations.  After creating the model in AMOS, copy the model and paste it onto its own page in a Microsoft Word DOCX.  (10 points possible of a 50-point assignment)

2. Associate the SPSS dataset to the AMOS model you constructed in [1] and run the model.  Copy the model and paste it onto its own page in a Microsoft Word DOCX showing the standardized relationships between the variables.

(No points awarded for this part)

3. Construct a structural model in AMOS with Adoption being predicted by Value and Leading.  Copy the AMOS model and paste it onto its own page in a Microsoft Word DOCX.  Hint:  Based on what you observed in [2], does it make sense to include a double-headed arrow between Value and Leading?

(15 points possible of a 50-point assignment)

4. Using a format that is similar to Table 14-1 (p. 724), provide the following values for both the measurement and structural models:

X2 (chi-square)

GFI

AGFI

Based on these values, how do the models fit?  Would you call them “good”?

(10 points possible of a 50-point assignment)

5. Comment on the standardized path coefficients for the structural model.  Are any non-significant?  If you were a manager in this organization, where would you spend the most effort trying to change perceptions?

(15 points possible of a 50-point assignment)
