The end of questions. Good luck.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
The end of questions. Good luck! Please, download the document as it is; and start responding to the
questions straight-up. You must formerly state your names, course, the professor to whom you are
submitting the paper to, and any other pertinent writing formalities with which I can know that the
paper is yours. When you downloaded it, cut off the instructions part from the line above, and start
working. Feel free to ask me any questions at any time.
Thank you for your cooperation.
By 11/14/16, every student must submit their writing sample to date, to me. That exercise is meant to
give me the opportunity to take a look at how well you have been working on the paper. There will be
no exception to the requirement! Each student must print out, stapled the extent of the writing task he
or she has completed at that point, submit that to me, and continue working on the paper to finish up
and submit the final part on the due date.
The writing assignment is an academic work, each student must work on it alone. Do not write the paper
with any other person’s help — except in some minor helps as writing mechanics, but not answering the
questions. Please, do the writing task by yourself only! Do not copy anyone’s work, if you have
questions, ask me. I have given you page numbers where you would find the materials to answer your
questions. Any student caught cheating or who submits any other persons’ work shall be reported to the
school’s authorities that will take up the matter of plagiarism with such a student from there. Any
student who turns in previous students’ work will also be reported to the appropriate school organ that
will follow up with the student for cheating/plagiarism, please, just do your best than getting
your/oneself in trouble. There is a device that is used to check a paper suspected to have been
plagiarized-- if in reading any student’s paper, a professor detects that the paper may have been
plagiarized, that device is used to find out who wrote the paper originally: so, stay away from that, you
will not be able to out-smart the system. You are the student being tested, not any other person,
student or non-student, period! I am available to work with you if you need any help.
All papers must be submitted to the professor (me) exactly by November 21, 2016. Saturdays Class
(11/19/16).There will be no exceptions to submitting the assignment on that date. Start right now to be
working on the paper so that you would complete the task in a fairly good time to have time to review
your paper before turning it in. If you keep it aside and play around with
‘telephones/texts/Facebooking’/and all the other things some students prioritize over their education,
you will not be able to complete the assignment along with your other school assignments. But if you do
a few each day, you will not even know when you have completed it. I am giving you a whole twenty
days to complete the task in recognition of your other school works and many other things you may be
facing up in your life. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
No late papers shall be accepted. Any student who fails to turn in his/her paper on the due date shall
forfeit the “mark of the paper, 20 points”. Start now that you have gotten the assignment so that you
will complete it and have good times to be going/reading it over before submitting it on the due date.
All the papers must be type-written in the Micro Soft word, 12 font, ‘Tahoma’. All papers must be
stapled by the students before bringing it in to submit in a ‘hardcopy’ to the professor. Please, do not
ask me if I have a stapler to staple your work: sorry, I don’t have stapler in the classroom. Please, do not
wait too late to be in hurry when the due date comes, start early to finish early. Do not request to attach
the paper to me on an email, all papers must be brought to the class on the due date to submit to the
professor. All excuses and whatever anyone may ask for in form of help, please, do all that seven days
earlier to the paper’s due date. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Please, feel very free to contact me with anything that gives you any kind of trouble with the
problems/questions. Do not keep quiet, ask for my help, I will help you: that is what I am your professor
for. Do not do back-biting or speaking in the back, come out openly and present me with what to help
you with. If you do not ask for any help, then do not accuse me of failing in any way? I beg, and
challenge you to bring any of our course problem (s) for me to solve for you. Take advantage of that.
This course is not meant to be a joke. We want you to learn something that will be useful to you. Good
Luck!
Dr. Jerry Chukwu. Stephens, LL.M., Ph.D.
