Description

I have attached my recommendations for (GSWCF) in power point and I want you to create SWOT Table and address all these recommendations in it and also you can find my recommendations in power point slides and these what I think each recommendations is:

1- STEM program is a strength, but lacking in terms of awareness and relationships, recommend greater marketing efforts and more relationships with other organizations in order to provide a greater value proposition for membership involvement in GSWCF (from parent and girl perspective).

2-Cookie sales are a strength, but not fully utilized, recommend expend cookies sales during the fall holidys . This will allow GSWCF to better compete with competitors offering fulltime sales. With continuous sales, GSWCF can better utilize its existing cookie sales and brand recognition resources to generate additional income to reuse to better the organization and help meet its mission.

3-Weak relationships with local groups (recreational organizations) and other girl scout councils, recommend increased relationships with other GS councils and recreational facilities. This will help to inspire a competitive nature among the girls and organizations with the intent of increasing participation.

You have to :

Industry Background and Analyses
The Girl Scouts of West Central Florida (GSWCF) is one of the leading not for profit
youth leadership development programs in Florida serving over 28,000 girls in 8 counties.
GSWCF also boasts a 11,000 adult membership that spreads across various counties. GSWCF
falls under the larger Girl Scout movement which was started by Juliette Gordon in 1912 when
she brought the first group of girls together. Her vision was to form an organization that would
prepare girls to live with courage, confidence and character. Today, the Girl Scout movement
boasts over 3 million members in 92 countries and over 59 million alumni. GSWCF program
centers around a theme referred to as the Girl Scout Leadership Experience which comprises a
series of activities and experiences that help the participants make a difference while inspiring
and preparing them for greater leadership roles. The Girl Scout mission is to build girls of
courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. The program further
introduces Girl Scouts to science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) through a
curriculum designed to inspire girls to embrace sciences. The strategic activities of GSWCF are
overseen by a volunteer board of directors. These include seven executive officers and 14
members at large and two non-voting girl members from grades 9 – 12. Additionally, the
program is supported by 51 – 200 full and part time employees and volunteers.
GSWCF is one of the leading of the 7 Girl Scout programs in Florida based on the
number of girls it serves. In the 2015 annual report, 19,000 girls in west central Florida
participated in the program. The participants included underserved girls who through the Girl
Scout Leadership Experience improved their grades and gained critical life skills that they
previously did not posses. In 2015, the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida generated revenue in
excess of $ 7 million dollars mainly through public donations, product sales, membership fees,
