Mergers and Acquisitions

Using the Financial
Accounting Standards Board (F.A.S.B.) standards for mergers and acquisitions by
private not-for-profit organizations, explain the difference between a merger
and an acquisition. Identify a recent example of one and explain how it
illustrates either a merger or an acquisition.
