Organizational interventions are often used to prevent and reduce stress among the
employees. As defined by Beach et al (n.p), organizational interventions refer to the various
courses of actions taken by an organization to solve particular problems within the organization.
Organizational interventions aiming at preventing and reducing stress among the workers can
either be primary, secondary or tertiary. Primary interventions often aim at protecting individuals
who are not exposed to work stress. Secondary interventions, on the other hand, aim at detecting
work stress early and taking appropriate measures to combat stress. Tertiary interventions often
