SUUBJECT: Domestic Violence Memo
Looking at the case of Aaron, there is actually evidence that he has very real accusations
of domestic violence case. This is in addition to the pending case of domestic violence that has
been in existence for quite some time. Looking at the scenario, Aaron has had been involved in
domestic batterer cases which have attracted a conviction. More so, the notorious acts shown by
Aaron does not only involve the domestic violence but has also involved driving under influence.
More so, according to the case, there is much possibility that the person has been involved in
child abuse given that the son, Josiah, has been found to have a spiral fracture on the arm. This
shows that there might be a possibility that Aaron or any of the parents might be the first suspect
in the case of struggling the son to a point of getting the fracture. As if this is not enough, there is
a new revelation that Kelly, the wife of Aaron also has some bruises meaning that there has been
the possible continuation of the existing battery by Aaron despite that he has been convicted and
has several existing court cases regarding the domestic violence.
Actually, the case involves assault of intimate partners including a son and the wife. The
two are at a high risk and thus have to undergo certain kind of intervention that will prevent them
from the continued assault by the man. Actually placing the son under prevention is one of the
best intervention that will actually offer the best care for the child. The problem necessitates to
be serviced through the intervention to reduce the negative outcomes that might range from
depression as well as stress disorders as well as depriving of the physical health. Given that the
