Is music therapy better than psychotherapy when helping adolescents suffering with depression?
Question Description
Children who are suffering from depression may go to psychotherapy? However, some children may not feel as comfortable with just talking to a stranger about their problems. With music therapy and its activites a child may become more comfortable and open to be creative and express themselves on how the feel.
