Description
Consider the case example “Hidden Informal Policies” on p. 179 of your textbook, Generalist Practice with Organizations and Communities (6th edition). If you were the worker at the VA hospital, how would you feel? How could you prevent such an “Oops” experience?
Assume that you (the new staff member at VA) and the physical therapist do some research and determine that staff turnover, particularly within the first six months on the job, is high. The two of you decide that you want to focus on organizational culture and ways to better socialize new staff when they are new to the job, with an anticipated outcome of increasing staff retention. Drawing from steps outlined in the text and the Martin chapter on organizational culture, briefly describe one strategy you might recommend and how you would implement it.
As part of this assignment, craft an email that you and the physical therapist would send to promote your idea. (Think about organizational culture, to whom you would first contact/send this email, and the sensitivity required in suggesting organizational change within the hospital.)
Please submit one original post (400-500 words)

employed in an organization, I would take time to learn the organizational culture from my
workmates especially who have worked there over a long period of time.
