Abstract
This motivation research aims at identifying the most effective forces behind the
employee’s commitment to their work. The paper aims at identifying how effective the different
types of motivation are in each organization where they are applied. Every organization has its
motivation strategies that work best for it. This research paper is focused on research group’s
findings that draws the best conclusion on the effective of the different motivation styles. Simple
observation and analysis can be a powerful tool in this research since many people behave so
different in a research setting compared to how the really behave in the real life. People are
often unaware of their own motivation, therefore any research on motivation must be designed to
reflect the truth and the underlying working conditions in each organization.
After data is collected, it should be looked at without any bias so as to make inferences
on the motivations behind the studied behaviors. This research requires a plenty deal of
techniques and skills in psychology in order to understand the human behaviors. The techniques
used in this research include, non-disguised structure techniques, and disguised non-structured
techniques. Motivation research has become an increasingly significant in branding and
increasing organization production. This research also aims at establishing the negative impacts
associated with different motivation practices. The research will as well look at the adverse
impacts of monetary motivation to any organization and the individual employees.

INTRODUCTION
Motivation is an intrinsic enthusiasm that drives employees towards accomplishing an
organization goals. This drive is influenced by employee’s intellectual, biological, and emotional
factors. Motivation may involve actions such as rewarding the best performing staffs while
punishing the non performing staffs. This is a clear illustration of how motivation disposition
may differ from motivation arousal. In any organization, there are both internal and external
motivation factors that exerts pressure on employees.
This research paper aims at identifying the effective types of motivations that
organization should embrace while discarding others. Motivation research helps organizations in
identifying what type of motivation can work best for them. It’ the role of human resource
managers to research on the different motivation styles that will be effective in the organization
given the resources at disposal and the aim of the motivation. The harsh completion in today’s
businesses gives no room for laziness in any firm. It’s becoming a necessity for different firms to
motivate their employees in order to survive in the respective business industry. Organizations
