When it comes to negotiation through accommodation, my approach verbally will be to
talk to my boss directly and my non-verbal communication will be expression of dissatisfaction
with him/her not keeping his/her promise to me and even raising the perk for an employer who
delivers lesser than I do. I won’t be very confrontational but request the favor that was due to me
be fulfilled.
When it comes to using the avoidance method, I will not talk to him a lot especially
regarding the matter and I will avoid eye contact at all possible costs. I will even try to look for a
job placement in another company to avoid him/her altogether.
When it comes to collaboration with my boss, not much will be achieved but I can agree
to take a lesser pay rise compared to what he/she had promised earlier...
