This document includes (a) project scope description, (b) critical assumptions and constraints, (c) produce acceptance criteria, (d) a list of project requirements (e) requirements traceability matrix, (f) project exclusions, (g) scope change management process and plan modification rules, and (h) the signatures of key stakeholders. 3.0 Project Scope Description Early in the project, the product scope might be somewhat vague. A preliminary version of this information may be available in the project charter. The scope is progressively elaborated – this should be reflected in the narrative below. 4.0 Project Deliverables 4.1 Project-related Deliverables Project documents and reports created as part of the project. 4.1 Product-related Deliverables Narrative of what the project is creating as deliverables for the customer. Provide a summary of the deliverables of Health Care Insurance Site. Only a list of the high-level deliverables is provided here. Customers lose time and get confused when they enter and search in different insurance pages. The company has many years in the market and quote of the market share. Insurance website will save money in transactions. Insurance website will increase direct sales. The website will enhance customer loyalty. The platform would reduce the existing manual operations High visibility of our insurance products Reduce the high cost of the existing system Increase in productivity Greater customer satisfaction Resources are available for the creation of a digital platform 5.2 Critical Constraints State preliminary constraints that have been made at this stage for Health Care Insurance Site. Constraints are factors that limit the team’s options such as resources, budget, schedule and scope. • The project must be completed in no more than 10 weeks. • The project has to keep on budget. • The website must reach the clients effectively. • The website must provide security and information to the customers. • The website must be clean and easy to use. • Lack of access to health data • Regulatory restrictions. Laws governing the use of patient-identifiable data are lacking. • Privacy of patient records • Securing to right data. Developers will not be able to link their data directly to patient records due to poor results of most electronic-patient-records. • Lack of collaboration among stakeholders. 3 6.0 Product Acceptance Criteria Provide a list of the criteria that need to be met for Health Care Insurance Site’s success. The focus is on the product and on what the conditions and processes are for formal acceptance of the product. 7.0 Project Requirements Provide a summary of the requirements of Health Care Insurance Site. List both functional and non-functional requirements. 8.0 Requirements Traceability Matrix The main purpose of the matrix below is to maintain the link from the source of each requirement through implementation and verification.
