Motivation
Provision of a strategic plan is among the essential things that any corporation or even
individual can commence. Thus, a well-formulated and implemented strategy leads to the
institution of a solid foundation which the group has the potential of developing and monitoring
the success. Nevertheless, many of the organizations find the strategy and its objectives
ambitious to express as it helps in the understanding of the entire industry in which an individual
or the business transacts. It also provides a comprehension of whatever occurs within the
external setting of the business especially in the course of formulating strategies aimed at
ensuring a long-term profit and development. The self-reflection will be geared along the line of
creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial approach with the provision of an address on how the
current or the previous employer can indulge in the changing of the strategies in the organization
