Introduction
Evaluation using the formative approach is an ongoing process that ensures that there is
the implementation of the processes of the organization and that there is the embracing of
feedback of the various implementations. There is the allowing of the feedback of the
organization and ensuring that various adjustments are made on the programs and the products
sold to assist in increasing the efficiency of the organization. Summative evaluation, on the other
hand, focuses on the provision of the effectiveness of the programs and ensuring that there is the
description of the functioning of the organization. There is the identification of the outcomes of
the programs that are implemented by the company and the structure that helps in the analysis of
