Introduction
This is a proposal that that tries to investigate the hypothesis that depression that. People
do not understand why the person has become that addicted or the reasons behind, he is only
been described or recognize in the society as a morally weak. The problem is increasing day by
day and become to be serious in the society, hence there are a lot of training and awareness
programs in place to find the root cause of the problems and to understand why the patient seeks
the easiest way to deal with the problem through addiction to drugs.
Proposing and investigating the hypothesis, the study will follow clearly outline
procedures in date collection, data analysis and in date presentation. In conducting the study, all
ethical considerations are followed. All these will ensure that the study is neutral and justified
according to the research ethics. The study will follow the relevant sampling methods in
selecting the participants from the target population.
Problem Definition and Survey of Literature Review
The pressure of life that people are suffers from globally; increase the issue of alcohol or drug
abuse among older and young generations. Among adolescences, alcohol abuse is more likely to
occur then the escape way to alcohol as a painkiller of a mean to get rid of their problem even if
it is a temporary and easy solution. People do not realize the negative impact that these
substances can have on the brain, heart...etc. The research here will focus on the abuse of
substance as plays a major problem especially prescription medications than alcohol.

The research here will start with investigating different annotated bibliography, supported
by literature review to give a ground background of the problem. This can be done through
national international journals, white papers, book chapters and government reports between a
certain period of time focus on the age of 55 and more.

Psychological Therapies
There is a quite confusion of what the term meant as it covers a lot of practices from wide
aspect down to the line to one particular approach. EBP is designed to provide support for
individuals in a different age range, help them in understanding matters in a different way and
direct them to the right decision and thinking. This reflects in the change of their behavior
towards others to reduce distress and improve functioning. The skills and capabilities required to
deliver these support and treatment in an effective way through training, and mentored and
maintained through clinical/health care supervision and practice.
There are psychological models have been introduced to support mental health disorders
problems, and different therapy techniques evolved with different cases and causes. The
modalities of therapy as Cognitive Behavioural, Family Therapy (CBT), Systemic and Family
Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Inter-Personal Therapy (IPT) and Person-Centred
Therapy that form part of the health care and etc.
However, there are all mainly target share same characteristics, which include:
a) A clear structure and steps of the treatment being offered;
b) A focus on analyzing the different cause of the problems, and
c) Evaluating the importance of beneficial relation/alliance between patient and therapist.

For any particular patient population, it is possible to review the scientific evidence, based on
published research trials, for the effectiveness of any particular therapy. The Matrix tables set out
to summarize this evidence.
The perception of delivering ‘evidence-based ‘interventions has a number of implications for any
service. The evidence base is originated from the outputs of studies and experiments, and to
provide an ‘evidence-based’ therapy that can be disseminated in a standard way that can be
replicated in a way that they need to be:

trained to apply standards, and developing the required capabilities to deliver
psychological treatment to fit with every case;

Delivering well-structured therapy treatment, and adhering to the selected steps or use
best practices of more than one model when necessary, and

working under a clinical/medical supervision.

All health care trusts all over the world are working on studies and investigations to articulate
the skills necessary both to deliver Psychological Therapies and to supervise and coach others
who are trained to provide the service. Hence, there is a need to develop standard and wellmaintained therapies that can work around these competencies to provide high-quality evidencebase care. However, it is very important to differentiate between Clinical supervision, which is
necessary and plays important role in maintaining the quality of the therapies services during
sessions and training to ensure the on-going quality and safety of the ensuing practice.

ensure the applied practices are aligned in an to ethical and professional standard manner;

Enhance reliability to the evidence base, through different proposed treatment phases that can
provide better outcome on an individual basis;

Improve adherence to the different therapeutic proposed model recommended to every
patient according to their biological background, symptoms; and

Maintaining appropriate training levels to accelerate the individual skills.

CBP proves its effectiveness in girl’s adolescences treatment with success of 4.3%
improvement within 18 weeks of treatment and 71% if CBT is treated with flux. The main
matrix of CBT is self-monitoring. It focuses on self-monitoring activity and ability to put
thoughts in more positive and effective way to deal with any problems that can occur. There is
also Interpersonal Psychiatric therapy IPTA-A which focus on four main areas; grief,
interpersonal, role transmissions and interpersonal deficits. I t is based on 12 weeks sessions and
act as a problem-solving technique that can reduce the symptoms and supports medium to major
mental disorder levels. However, it requi...
