emotions and having a deep understanding of how emotions affect individuals around you.
Emotional intelligence also can include a person percepts about others, in this case, when one
understands how others feel in different life situations. He or she can know how to deal with them
regarding relationships and management. This is the aspect that is used to gauge the leadership
