Question description

We have sat on the edge of our seats during the adventures of Indiana Jones movies. Yet we know that Spielberg made this series as his tribute to all of those adventure films that came before. What is it about these movies ( ) that makes them both so exciting, satisfying, and important to our cultural values and cultural mythology? What would you consider to be Indy's real quest in each of his adventures?
