Many successful organizations understand the impact and give employee recruitment, selection, and retention issues the attention that other core business functions like marketing and finance receive. Organizations rely on staffing professionals to manage the talent flow in and out of the organization to hire and retain employees to meet organizational goals now and into the future. For this assignment you will interview a local human resources professional about his or her organization’s assessment and selection process and the strategies the professional uses to promote ethical and legal compliance within the organization.
