Question Description

I have uploaded the file that has everything.

Retirement Project Finance 311 Spring 2017 Build a model plan for your retirement. Assume you will retire at age 65 and live until you are 90. Use rates of returns on your investments that are comparable to historical averages. Include provisions for major life events and major purchases (house, cars, etc.). Use publically available data to forecast your starting salary out of undergraduate school and rates of growth of that salary over time. Be realistic about the proportion of your earnings you can save every year. Don’t forget taxes (both state and local). Assume that Social Security will be available at current levels when you retire. Do not include inflation. You should have an annual budget that helps determine your savings. Investigate your potential employer to see if they offer a 401K plan, and if so what matching contribution rules come with the plan. This is an individual assignment. You may not use templates that are available for this project. You must build your own template. Use of a template other than what you created is considered plagiarism. Your deliverable is an annotated spreadsheet, complete with references, in Excel
