Part I: Timeline
Create a timeline for each of the following empires, listing any major events in the empires history:
- Punic
- Roman
- Han
- Tang
- Song
- Mongol
You may create your own timeline using Microsoft® Word or you may use any of the timeline creators online. However, if you use an online resource, you must provide a web link to the completed timelines or a screenshot of your timelines. You may also use the University of Phoenix Timeline Builder.

Part I: Timeline
Create a timeline for each of the following empires, listing any major events in the empires

Punic
264 BC – the first Punic war occurs in Sicily.
241 BC – the first Punic war ends after the Roman Naval victory in Trapani completes a
blockade of the Carthaginians.
241 BC – Sicily becomes the First overseas province of Rome after the end of the first Punic
war.

Roman
753 BC – Romulus founded Roma which later became Rome. Romulus was one of the seven
Kings in Rome.
509 BC - Rome is ruled by senators after the expulsion of the last King. This makes Rome to
become a complex republican government.
45 BC - Julio Cesar becomes the first dictator in Rome after defeating Pompey in a civil war.
This leads to the end of the roman republic.
44 BC – Julio Cesar is assassinated by Marcus Brutus
27 BC – Roman Empire begins after Octavius appoints himself the first emperor.
