According to the episode two of the CSU Global Multimedia Team, having healthy
environments is one of the fundamental rights for all human beings in regard to public health.
They argue that creating healthy environments is not a one person endeavor but a community
endeavor (CSU Global Multimedia Team, 2013). They advocate for communal formulation
of policies, development agenda and city design to ensure that all individuals are happy,
access services easily and are healthy. They cite the city of Elgin as an example of a city that
thrived due to the Elgin watches company but soon deteriorated economically and in all
