Hi fellow employees, it is my pleasure to inform you that, the following leadership styles
and priorities will be employed during my term as your departmental leader.
Affiliative leadership style; whereby I will ensure that there is harmony between all
employees as well as a good relationship between the manager and the junior staff. This will help
in reducing conflicts occurring among collogues as well as motivating all the staff members.
The second leadership style I will implement as your new departmental mangers is the
participative leadership style. This will aim at bringing commitment as well as consensus among
all the members of the staff. It will also encourage staff to start taking positive measures in
