this behavioral perspective, the learning controls by the environment. The cognitive is concerned on
how the information is processed. It relates the defines of learning as it was permanently changed on
how the information was processed, stored, and organized. It includes the following; judging, imagining,
recognizing, thinking, and remembering. The most relevant to training is the behavioral approach
because it is very important that there will be a good information and effective behaviors that should
apply in every training that everyone must have especially the trainers that need to be trained and
mold.
People needs a training method especially nowadays that there were many good opportunities,
livelihood, programs that are related to the different cause, and much more. Training methods could
give us more knowledge in a particular opportunities or studies that may apply in our daily lives and
chores. Once we possess in different training methods, it is possible that we could gain confident to
ourselves. This is very effective in dealing and facing our fears in life. There are many training methods
