Description

Select two motivational theories from those identified in the Stojkovic, Kalinich, and Klofas (2012) textbook that might be used as strategies for gaining employee buy-in for the upcoming change. Compare and contrast the selected motivational theories with regard to how effective they might be in promoting employee acceptance of the upcoming changes. Do not identify which motivational theory will be selected for implementing the change in this section of the project. Rather, evaluate the two theories. In addition, incorporate at least four scholarly resources as part of examining the selected motivational theories. Begin by identifying the scenario that has been selected for the project. Paper should be four to six pages in length, not counting the cover and reference pages and in APA style format.

morning and left in the afternoon. February this year, the company wants to set small branches in
the rural areas of western and southern Africa, for example in countries like Zambia, Swaziland
and Botswana at the southern African and in Gambia, rural areas of Nigeria, Morocco and in
some parts of Libya, Egypt and Congo. These changes needed more existing employees from the
UK to be taken to these small branches so that the company can continue empowering and

Need theory is actually the most recognized motivational theory that was developed by Abraham
Maslow in 1943. He argued ...
