Job creation is always the main agenda for the bodies that govern a country; employment
is not necessarily aimed at economic growth or profit maximization by a country but as a means
of poverty reduction. The creation of jobs increases social cohesion and reduces chaos and
immoral behaviors in the society such as prostitution and drug trade. Countries have over the
years tried to accomplish the goal of job creation mainly through policies and legislation. These
concern are not only for individual countries but the global economy, despite this, growth and
employment is stronger in the developed countries. Developing countries have growth
projections, but they grow weaker gradually, as a result of the reduced international support
through investment and rants by the wealthy countries. Research shows that unemployment still
is high, particularly in Africa and Europe, with those working still at risk of receiving low pay,
