To From Date Re TC Rogers JWU Consulting 4/5/17 In House Document Client: RaceWorz 891 Laurelwood Rd Suite 105, Santa Clara, CA 95054 Contact: Wayne Chan; Wayne@raceworz.com Project Overview & Description JWU Consulting choose to reach out to Wayne Chan. Wayne Chan is the owner of Raceworz. Raceworz mission is to provide its attendees with the best car experience possible. We reached out in order to assist Mr. Chan on expanding the Raceworz experience. JWU Consulting felt that we could come up with some creative, fun, new ideas to make this event more family friendly. This memo is to update our consulting manager, TC Rogers, on our group’s current progress. Raceworz’s mission is to provide its participants with competitive car shows/racing events. This event combines the finest cars from all over for its participants to view. Raceworz attracts car enthusiast everywhere. It is a place to see the finest cars from around the world and interact with other car enthusiasts. There was no real problem with this company, but more of an opportunity. JWU Consulting is aiming to make this event more family friendly by adding some interactive games and events for the children. JWU Consulting will provide an overview of our plan to the client. A “Kid’s” section is the main goal. A place where children at the event can have fun will attract more families. The children's area will include different interactive games and showcase cars for the parents. JWU Consulting is aiming to make this event pleasurable for everyone attending it. To make the company even more profitable a “Kid’s” section would be a great idea. More attendees equals more money. Currently JWU Consulting is focusing on the Kids section and then going more into the marketing plan. We plan to have a full outline and plan on how the children’s area will look and what it will include. The marketing plan will be made after the children’s area outline is finished. Project Scope Raceworz is an event that combines competitive car shows with racing events. The races vary from fun runs to competitive races for cash prizes and is seen as a family oriented event. Based on several of our colleagues’ experiences while attending these events, we have decided that adding a section for kids would make the event more family oriented. With a Kids’ section, we will give the children at the event more things to do and give them an opportunity to play with other children. We are working with Wayne Chan, the owner of Raceworz, to share our vision to help expand the experience of Raceworz. Expanding it to add a Kids area will expand the demographic of customers, to families with children who did not want to bring their children before or for families who thought their children were too young. The specifics of how we want to expand Raceworz will be discussed throughout the rest of this report. We will include our vision as well as recommendations we have to bring Raceworz more success. Communication So far there has been no challenges contacting Mr. Chan. Wayne Chan is the owner of Raceworz. Our first email was sent on March 17,2017. Chan responded the same day and was eager to hear about our ideas. Since the initial first email he has been nothing but helpful. He was happy to help us on this project and looking forward to seeing the final outcome. Mr. Chan is open to communication via email and phone calls if needed. Deliverables Deliverables 1.
