Target market refers to a specific group of consumers the business aims for its product
or service offering (Kotler & Keller, 2006). Understanding the target market helps in
designing a proper marketing mix comprising of product, price, promotion and place which

marketplace. A gym facility targets a wider market that may include athletes, normal people
