Up to 12 pg write up if possible with charts and diagrams. The key is to reach target market with ads through social media as the public is now using social media more than ever. A lot of the point I am trying to get across is in the power point attached. Please discuss the following:

I could improve on: • Being swift with information to save time. • Be confident in own work Strategic Initiative Around Social Media Noticeable Problems Mercy is lacking acknowledgement from public . Lacking media exposure Not able to reach the younger population Revenue Generator -Social media will drive traffic to websites -Can create new business to business interaction (sponsors, advertisements) - Increase the effectiveness of dollars spent on other things like mail and and websites. (Snap Chat ads., Facebook ads., Instagram ads. YouTube ads.) Who? Younger population -Our ideal target market will begin at the age of 20 and older (Individuals who use mobile technologies are more likely to come across Mercy ads.) - Older adults are more likely to use Facebook as younger individuals are more likely to use Snap Chat and Instagram. How? Ads on social media as businesses are beginning to advertise on as having their own profile is not being followed by everyone. (Ex. Before videos are displayed on YouTube you first have to watch a short ad before skipping to video) Overall Goal is to gain: ①A more diverse individuals registering at Mercy ②More favorable attendance rate ③PATIENT LOYALTY
