The article provides different consideration and understanding of the issues involved in
graffiti and areas that are festooned with garbage. This is areas, which are usually associated with
negative behavior in the society. Therefore, the perception of individuals varies from one
individual to another depending on how they view these areas. Graffiti involves artistic drawings,
which represent certain events or issues. This is part of skill that is significantly embraced by many
youths. Areas festooned with garbage are considered dirt areas that can only be occupied by low
class who in most cases are associated with negative behavior. Therefore, the association of these
areas with antisocial behaviors is high.
The understanding and perception of the whole population on issues related to graffiti and
dirty areas are significant, and thus it is important to understand why certain behaviors tend to
thrive only in certain environments. The experiment that was developed in this was, therefore,
aiming to create an understanding of better consideration on how signs of vandalism, litter and
low-level lawbreaking could have a significant impact in changing how people behave. The idea
of observing a given type of disorder within a given social environment is not something that can
be significantly realized and outlined by members of the society since it influences negative
behavior in the society mainly because the perception of people towards the elements that are being
considered is very different. People learn to associate their actions with their deeds and thus to
