Introduction
The film Lawrence of Arabia is basically a historical epic and a drama movie which focuses on
analyzing the life of Thomas Edward Lawrence who was a British author, military officer,
archaeologist and a diplomat. The film can be traced back to 1962 and it was directed by the
director Lean. The film was produced by Sam Spiegel through his British company known as
Horizon Pictures. Robert Bolt and Michael Wilson were the screenplay managers of the film.
Peter O'Toole as one of the movie stars played the title role in the film. The film is usually
considered to be among the best and the most influential films in the cinema history. (Gearon
and Eamonn, 2017).
The film describes the experiences and encounters that Lawrence faced in the Arabian Peninsula
during the period of World War I. the film mainly focuses on depicting the experiences of
Lawrence during the time of his attacks on Aqaba and Damascus and how he interacted with the
Arab National Council.
