In my workplace, the company had installed systems that are used to store client’s record.
Most of the social workers are accountable for feeding their clients into the system and enter
documents like insurance details, medical information, etc. Every moment a social worker had an
encounter or conversation with a client, the interaction had to be recorded in the system for
future reference. A face to face encounter had to be registered twice in the system, one on the
billable side of the visit and the meeting summaries.
The organization has many departments that attend to clients' needs. These units ranged
from foster care, domestic violence, divorce, marriage counseling, to adoption. Each department
