Career planning is an important practice for everyone that desires to advance in their
profession to do. With prior planning for a career that one wants to venture into, an individual
is in the best position to determine the route that they have to in their career paths. Once an
individual shapes their career path in advance by doing prior career planning they stand a better
chance of seizing the opportunities that come their way. The career planning should be done in
a way that the education, skill and professional experience of an individual matches with the
relevant field of study for which an individual is studying. Being in a position to aggregate the
required skills, experience, and professional training would go a long way in assisting one land
in the desired workplace environment. Personal development through the various professional
