Ethics plays a major role in influencing the way people relate as well as carry out
different chores at any given time. As an EMS educator, am obliged to adhere to the rules and
the regulations that have been set aside. I must relate with the student in an ethical manner so as
not to compromise the standards. In the first place I am required to be impartial as I provide
instructions to the students. At no given time should I treat any of the student differently.
Secondly, the other important area that is adversely affected is on respect. Given that am
supposed to be polite to the students, they are also required to be polite to me. The selection of
words as well as the behavior towards the students’ needs to be fully acceptable and admirable to
the student (Witzel and Little, 2016). For instance, I always required to be patient with the
student who have lose behaviors and not to ridicule them in anyway. Another example is on
being required to be concerned to the students. It require to know their names and answer all
