For your Final Research Paper, you will create a comprehensive study defining your personal choice of the personality theory you identified in the Week Three assignment. In a six- to eight-page paper, respond to the following:
- Provide three detailed examples of how this theory would be used in the application of skills and techniques, communication, basic problem-solving, ethnic diversity, and establishing and using the helping relationship.
- Describe, in detail beyond the outline, how your theory choice fulfills the genetic, social, and individual factors that create the total personality.
- Describe, in detail beyond the outline, the origin principles, and assessment of validity and utility with regard to your particular personality theory.
- Expand upon your assessment of ways in which the culture, ethnicity, gender, and social status of the theorist influenced the theory.
The Final Research Paper:
- Must be six to eight double-spaced pages in length (excluding title and reference pages) and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
- Must include a title page with the following:
- Title of paper

- Course name and number
- Instructor’s name
- Date submitted
- Must begin with an introductory paragraph that has a succinct thesis statement.

Introduction
The humanistic holistic theory is a personality theory that deals with self-actualization in
the perspective of personal growth in individuals. The theory is applicable in every social aspect
of human beings. As a matter of fact, the theory narrows down on individual’s behavior and the
contributing factors such as gender and ethnicity. Founded by psychologists like Abraham
Maslow and Carl Rodgers, in the 1950s, the humanistic holistic theory is still applicable up to the
current times. This comprehensive study will basically try to conclusively assess my choice for
the humanistic holistic theory as a personality theory. Scholars have since the inception of the
holistic theory tried to answer questions raised of how the theory affects individuals in society.
Does it determine methods of communication or ethnicity? What impact does the theory have
people's personalities? This paper will look at how the holistic theory will be used in the
application of skills and techniques, communication, problem-solving and ethnic diversity. Also,
this research will focus on describing how it fulfills personalities together with the origin
principles and provide an assessment of validity and utility.
First and foremost, the humanistic holistic theory is applied in various aspects of life. The
theory is used in the application of different skills and techniques among individuals in society.
For instance, one of the fundamental principles indicates that humans possess intentional
objectives (Aanstoos, 2014). Human’s objectives drive them to navigate and familiarize
themselves with different skills and techniques that help in the survival process. By undertaking
in different skills and techniques, people without a doubt end up achieving different personalities
which assist them in adjusting to life situations. This narrows down to the efficiency proved by
