Introduction
The report deals with the biological elements associated with criminal behavior in people,
irrespective of one’s mental deficiency or physical appearance. The report acknowledged that the
biological determined can either get inherited or genetically obtained, where the case of
inheritance refers to the parental transfer of the genes to their children during conception. Other
biological ones develop while the fetus occurs in the womb. The ones that develop through the
