Introduction
Mexico consists of multiple rural areas that make it harder for those in the society to gain
access to proper healthcare. There are multiple effects that causes such populations to deteriorate
beginning with adult illnesses, poor reproductive outcomes with young teens having children, the
infant mortality rates are on the rise with the unhygienic living conditions and poor nutrition that
involves social deprivation (Frenk, J., 2015). There are various inequalities that persist
throughout Mexico that would call for the need to implement a health policy that can help create
a reform of such populations (Frenk, J., 2015). The Current Health Care system in Mexico
consists of a disjointed subsystem that makes it impossible of delivering quality care to those in
need and those who live in the rural areas. This paper will now present such inequalities of the
current health care system throughout Mexico, while identifying the needs of basic healthcare to
improve the overall stability of rural populations while focusing on the origins and addressing

citizens have the right to obtain quality healthcare for their health needs, as well as providing
protection for such rural areas to get in financial despair due to the health issues. Mexico
conforms to multiple and parallel health care systems that vary throughout each population group
in which is channeled through the public resources provided to them (Frenk, J., 2015). The need

to create incentives the rural poor populations becomes a need to decrease mortality rates,
improve the over health stability throughout such populations, and provide education and
knowledge to the younger generations about reproduction and what the consequences could be in
terms of health care treatment.
Social Determinants
Throughout the country of Mexico, there has been an imbalance of health issues that have
increased through their changes of monetary values and disparity. Such changes have involved
an increase in dispersion through the conduction of healthcare identifiable through their quality
of water systems, the sanitation throughout the country, nourishment, as well as reproduction
efforts. Above all, viable a...
