You have created a quick thumbnail image with some preliminary layout ideas. You will need to prepare your assets before you create a more finished comprehensive (comp) of the home page. The guide on the bike will need to be isolated from the background before you can use the image. 1. Open womanbicyclist.psd.2. Select the Background Eraser tool and adjust the follow settings. a) Select the Sampling: Continuous icon. b) From the Limits menu, select Contiguous. c) In the Tolerance field, type 30%3. Draw around the bicyclist to isolate her from the background. Keep the center of the tool on the background color, and pixels similar in color to the background will be erased. Carefully study the style of the first letter in each word. You will need to manually recreate that style in a later step.3. Use the Pen tool to trace the outline of the climber. This will automatically turn it into a vector graphic.6. The letters S, C and G have been styled. This styling is not available in any font, so you will have to recreate it manually.
