the United States of America from 1981 to 1989. During his presidency many economic, social
and political achievements were attained both at a domestic and at an international level (Moss &
Thomas, 2013).

Economic Achievements of Ronald Reagan Presidency
During his tenure, Ronald Reagan led to many economic achievements. Domestically,
Reagan was able to accomplish the following economically. He developed the “Reaganomics”
supply-side economic policies to act as an inflation measure (Bartlett, 2004). This move was
mainly meant to help in the spurring of economic growth by cutting taxes, reducing business
regulations and reducing growth in the spending of the government. Reagan lowered the federal
