Good morning Cess. I hope that you had a good weekend. I was hoping that you would be able to assist me with my learning team assignment. I just need two (350-400 word substantive comments about communication and group behavioral issues that might arise in an organization that hires employees for their first job.) You will have to read Case 2, (Global Shared Services, McDonald's Corporation) which I am uploading and I have to post the two comments onto my team discussion page and the instructor will be grading us individually based on the comments. Effective communication is a key element that plays a huge role in the success of an
organization. Without effective communication, tasks are impossible to correctly undertake and
objective prove difficult to achieve. With that said, the bringing on board of first job employees
would have serious repercussions on the communication flow of an organization.
Shifting gears to the communication issues that would occur, a difference in priorities is
most of the times inevitable. This can be attributed to a sense of inferiority in first job employees.
